In the introduction of my book “Inspiration At Work”, I first mention the concept of the new entrepreneurial spirit. I described this new spirit as consisting of four characteristics:
Self-directed
Sense of Ownership and Partnership
Focus and Clarity
Principled Centered
Each one of these characteristics can be broken out into a set of behaviors that can be learned and continually reinforced in your personal life and in your place of business.
We will explore each of these four characteristics to better appreciate their significance.
