BLTS Coach and Consultant
BLTS Coaching Certifications provide you with the abilities to enhance personal and professional performance, develop leaders, and create a ‘healthy’ team-oriented organization culture.
As an independent Coach/Consultant you have several options in employing your BLT Certification:
- Independent BLTS Consultant- staff QPI projects on a contract basis
- Coach/Consultant- contracting with your own clients
- Owner/Partner- deploying the BLT System and sublicensing it into business/corporations
- As an internal corporate coach, we customize your program to the outcome requirements and expectations of your organization and your role.
These coaching certifications are supported by The Beyond Leadership to Transformation System that provides you with the most advanced integrated IP that is hosted and supported by virtual IT platforms.
Certifications
There are four levels of coaching certifications in the BLT System:
- C1-Mastermind Team Facilitator
- C2-Behavioral Assessments interpretations and debriefings
- C3-MotivCreations
- C4-Core Curriculum Delivery
C1. Mastermind Team Facilitator
Through this certification you understand the critical function that the Mastermind Team Facilitator plays in:
- Delivering value and richness inherent with the Mastermind Group structure and function.
- Applying the knowledge curriculum contained in the six modules.
- Creating a successful team-oriented culture.
- Facilitating an appreciation of an organization’s culture
C2. Behavioral Assessments
This certification prepares the coach to both interpret the results of the three assessments, DISC, Motivators, and Attribute Index, and to apply those results in the development process for individual and team performance.
C3. MotivCreations 365
These daily inspirational and educational messages are powerful enhancers to develop a positive, supportive, performance culture. This certification enables the coach to apply these messages individually and collectively to work groups toward enhancing individual and team performance.
C4. Core Curriculum Certification
This Certification program provides mastery of the Core Curriculum (Seven Competency Development Modules) referred to as the SUCCESS PACK for Organization and Talent Development, Career and Life Coaching.
The content knowledge, methodologies, tools and practices used in the ‘coaching process’ are contained in the following 7 Competency Development Modules:
- Coach/Consultant Introduction and System Overview
- Revisiting What SUCCESS means to YOU- Your Formula for Success (Foundational)
- Your Strategic Framework- Your energy source and guidance system
